Grand Family Dentistry

Our three Mandeville-area locations offer cosmetic, general, orthodontic, pediatric, periodontic, and restorative dentistry all under one roof. In most cases, you will never need a referral to an outside specialist. During your comprehensive exam, your dentist will outline exactly which services can be completed here and build a treatment plan tailored to your goals.

Yes. We schedule same-day family appointments regularly and see patients from young children through seniors. Patients frequently bring grandchildren and grandparents in on the same visit. Call ahead and let us know how many family members you would like to bring in so we can coordinate timing.

New patients receive a comprehensive exam, including digital X-rays, a periodontal assessment, and a thorough discussion of any concerns or cosmetic goals you have. Your dentist will walk you through findings, explain all recommended treatments, and provide a written care plan with costs and insurance information before any work begins. Most patients are in and out within an hour.

Call our office before your appointment and have your insurance card ready. Our team will contact your insurer directly to verify your benefits and confirm in-network status. We strongly recommend doing this before your visit rather than finding out at the chair; we want your appointment to go smoothly from start to finish. Note that network participation can change; even if you have visited us before, it is worth confirming coverage if your insurance plan has changed.

We work with patients to make care accessible. After your exam, we will walk you through your insurance benefits, any in-house savings options, and third-party financing that may be available. Ask the front desk about current options when you schedule; we have helped patients on a range of budgets find a path forward.

We believe in conservative, evidence-based care and take pride in recommending only what patients genuinely need. We will show you your X-rays on the chair and explain the diagnosis before recommending any procedure. If you ever want a second opinion, we support that — and we encourage you to ask questions until you feel fully informed. We never pressure patients into treatment or rush decisions.
