BizMox is an online directory and related tools that help people discover local businesses and help businesses present and manage public listing information. The Service may include search, maps, reviews, claim/edit tools, messaging or CRM features for business users, blog content, and paid listing upgrades.

BizMox is not a government registry, not a licensing authority, and not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Listings and related business details may come from publicly available sources, owner submissions, claimed listings, and other lawful inputs. Directory information is provided for general informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. Always verify critical details (hours, phone, licensing, pricing, availability) directly with the business before relying on them. See our Data Accuracy & Ownership Disclaimer for more detail.

Business owners and authorized representatives may claim listings and submit updates subject to our Business Listing & Claim Policy. Paid plans, featured placements, and add-ons are described on our Pricing page and are subject to the fees and terms shown at purchase.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. We may change plan features or pricing prospectively with notice on the Service.

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, listing edits, or other content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant BizMox a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. We may remove or refuse User Content at our discretion.

The Service may link to or integrate third-party sites and services (for example maps, payments, analytics, email, or social login). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

BizMox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, Google Maps, or other map providers unless we expressly say so.

The BizMox name, logos, site design, software, and original compilation of the directory (as a selection and arrangement) are protected by intellectual property laws. Business names, logos, and trademarks appearing in listings belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and directory purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIZMOX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT DIRECTORY DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIZMOX AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON DIRECTORY INFORMATION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO BIZMOX IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

You agree to defend and indemnify BizMox against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your User Content, your listings, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access, remove listings, or restrict features if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, or abused the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
