Data Accuracy & Ownership Disclaimer

BizMox publishes business listings so visitors can discover local services. Directory data is inherently imperfect: businesses open and close, phones change, hours shift, and public sources can be outdated or incomplete. This page explains the limits of our data, who owns what, and what you should do before relying on a listing.

Listing information on BizMox may be compiled from one or more of the following:

• Publicly available business information (for example, public websites, publicly posted contact details, and other open public sources).
• Information submitted by users or business representatives.
• Information provided when a business claims and verifies a listing.
• Automated collection and normalization tools used to build and maintain a searchable directory.
• Editorial or administrative corrections made by BizMox staff.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIZMOX DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THAT ANY LISTING, MAP PIN, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL, ADDRESS, HOURS, CATEGORY, WEBSITE, RATING, OR OTHER DIRECTORY FIELD IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR AVAILABLE.

Listings may contain errors, omissions, duplicates, outdated details, incorrect geolocation, or references to businesses that have moved, rebranded, or closed. Search results and filters are convenience features, not exhaustive or authoritative registries.

Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance, outages, or force majeure. We may add, remove, or rearrange listings at any time.

Before visiting, calling, hiring, purchasing from, or otherwise relying on a listed business — especially for health, legal, financial, safety-critical, licensed, or time-sensitive services — you must independently verify all material facts with the business or an official source.

Do not treat BizMox as confirmation of licensing, insurance, certifications, ownership, pricing, inventory, or appointment availability.

Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement, recommendation, or certification by BizMox. Ranking, featured placement, or advertising may reflect paid plans or relevance signals, not necessarily quality.

Facts about a business (such as its publicly used name, public address, or public phone number) are generally not owned by BizMox as exclusive proprietary “facts.” However:

• BizMox owns its software, site design, trademarks, original text we author, and — where recognized by law — the selection, coordination, and arrangement of our directory compilation.
• Business names, logos, slogans, photos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Appearance on BizMox does not transfer ownership to us or to users.
• User-submitted content remains subject to our Terms (license grant to operate the Service).
• Third-party map imagery, place pages, or linked profiles are governed by those third parties’ terms. BizMox is not Google, and is not affiliated with Google Maps unless expressly stated.

Public listing contact details are intended to help customers reach businesses for legitimate consumer inquiries. They must not be harvested for unlawful spam, robocalls, SMS abuse, or bulk unsolicited marketing in violation of applicable law (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and similar rules).

If you are a business that receives unwanted contact because your public details appear online, you may claim your listing to manage displayed fields and contact us about correction or suppression requests where appropriate.

Map pins, coordinates, and linked map URLs are approximate aids only. They may be wrong, offset, or based on incomplete address data. Always confirm the physical location before travel.

If you are an authorized representative of a business, claim the listing to update information. Anyone may request a correction or raise a concern via https://bizmox.com/contact or [email protected].

We may ask for verification before making changes. We aim to act in good faith on clear errors, closed businesses, and privacy-sensitive issues, but we do not promise immediate or unlimited removal of publicly known business facts that remain widely published elsewhere.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizMox is not liable for losses arising from reliance on directory information, missed appointments, travel to wrong addresses, dealings with listed businesses, or decisions made based on search results or map displays.
