If your plan is not on our list, we will still work with you: we will contact your insurer, verify your benefits, and bill them on your behalf, so you get every dollar your plan allows. Without insurance, our membership plans start at $480 a year and cover exams, cleanings, x-rays, and fluoride, plus 15% off all other treatment.
