This page explains intellectual property on BizMox and how to submit a removal request for allegedly infringing material.

1. Our IP

BizMox branding, original site content we author, and our software are owned by BizMox or its licensors. You may not copy our site design or original written materials for competing services without permission.

4. Copyright complaints

If you believe material on BizMox infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] including:

  • Your contact information.
  • A description of the copyrighted work.
  • The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Counter-notices and repeat infringement

We may remove material in response to valid notices and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate. Counter-notices may be submitted with corresponding detail if you believe material was removed in error.
