Reviews help customers share experiences. These guidelines keep the community useful and fair.

1. What reviews are

Reviews express the personal opinions of individual users. They are not statements by BizMox. Ratings are subjective.

2. Requirements

Reviewers should:

Have a genuine experience with the business.
Be honest and relevant; avoid unrelated attacks.
Avoid hate speech, threats, doxxing, or unlawful content.
Not post fake reviews, incentivized deception, or competitor smear campaigns.
Not include others’ private personal data without permission.

3. Moderation

We may remove or hide reviews that violate these guidelines or our Terms. We are not obligated to mediate every dispute between reviewers and businesses.
